About Modern Physio

What is the MPT Approach?

Is it the newest rehab tools and technologies, or fancy equipment?

Not quite.

The MPT approach values communication and quality patient-therapist relationships. We begin with a focus on getting to know YOU and what your activity/fitness goals are. From there, we complete a detailed one on one assessment to provide you with a diagnosis and a clear understanding of the rehab journey ahead.

We utilize a multitude of rehab tools including exercise therapy, strength and conditioning concepts, hands-on manual therapy, and dry needling techniques to best serve your specific needs.

MPT has direct access to Frontline Forward’s fully equipped gym, allowing us to combine hands-on therapy with progressive exercise and strength and conditioning programs. Gym accessibility is key for achieving optimal results from the early stages to the late stages of rehab.
